When a Tour is not being done, the individual checkpoint tags will appear on the Tour Map as an orange circle.
Click on the checkpoint tag to view the Tour name, the Tag name, and the Last Tag read date and time stamp.
You also have the option to click the View round details hyperlink to the Tour Details.
Sample Floor Map
When a Tour is active, the checkpoint tag will turn blue, and a purple officer icon will appear next to the checkpoint tag.
Once a checkpoint tag is scanned, it will turn green.
When an activity template is completed at a checkpoint, the officer icon will include an alert exclamation.
Hovering over the officer icon will trigger a pop-up box that identifies the Officer by name, which Tour they are doing (including the option to view details) and the scan date and time stamp.
When a Tour is completed the officer icon will change to a magnifying glass icon and the Tour details can be viewed.
If a Tour is completed and a checkpoint tag is not scanned, the checkpoint tag will change to red.
NOTE: When the side tab is expanded, you also have the option to view all setup Tours on the site, any additional Sites the Tour is set up on, and any Custom checkpoint tags. (see Tour Maps (Real-Time) Home Page screenshot above)
