How to Complete a Report
To complete a report:
1. Tap on the orange REPORTS button.
2. Tap on the report you want to submit.
NOTE: you may scroll up and down. Activities and incidents are pull-down menus.
3. Tap the green START button
4. Tap the green Details to reveal details/instructions for the activity.
5. Select an instruction /detail and then fill out the pop-up entry field (for further details, see How to Fill Out Entry Fields)
NOTE: you may scroll up and down. Sections are pull-down menus.
6. A green dot will indicate that the entry field was completed and add it to the COMPLETION counter.
How to Close or Submit a Report
To close or submit a report, complete the entry fields and then:
1. Tap the green SAVE button.
2. In the Select Action pop-up box, select File and close report or Submit for Follow-up.
Note: Some templates do not give both options.
If you select File and close the report, no more changes will be made to this report. Verify that you want to complete and submit the report by tapping the Yes button.
If you select Submit for Follow-up, you or someone else can change the report. Confirm that you want there to be follow-up processing by tapping the Yes button.
What to do if you get "Unable to Close" When Submitting a Report
If you get a pop-up box that says Unable to Close when submitting a report, it means the minimum required entries were not met.
1. Tap the Ok button.
2. Tapping the OK button will return to the instruction /details list.
NOTE: Required entries not completed when submitting the report will be indicated with a red circle.
3. Tap the entry (or entries) with a red circle and fill out the pop-up entry field.

How to Complete a Pending Report
To complete a pending report:
1. Tap the Global Navigation icon at the top left-hand corner
2. Tap on the Pending Reports option.
3. A list of all the pending reports for the Site you are on will display
Select the report you would like to edit.
4. A pop-up screen will ask you to confirm your choice. Verify and tap Yes.
5. Select an instruction /detail and then fill out the pop-up entry field (for further details, see How to Fill Out Entry Fields)

6. When you have completed all necessary entry fields, tap the green SAVE button
How to Fill Out Entry Fields
When you select a Report, entry fields must be completed to close and submit it.
In this section, we will go over the various entry fields (in alphabetical order) and how to fill each out.
Checkbox
1. Tap the blank checkbox (1)
2. A green check-mark will appear
3. Tap the check-mark icon SET button (2)
Date
1. The date will default to the current date. To select this date, choose SET (3).
2. To change the month, day, or year, tap on the + button (1) to advance the month, day, or year or tap on the - button (2) to revert the month, day, or year.
3. Once the desired date is selected, select SET (3).
Hour
1. The hour entry field will default to the current hour and minutes. To select this time, choose SET (3).
2. To change the hour and/or minutes, tap on the + button (1) to advance the hour or minutes or tap on the - button (2) to revert the hour or minutes.
3. Once the desired time is selected, select SET (3).
List / Radio List
The field entry for List / Radio List is selected from a pre-populated list by tapping the desired selection.
Multi Line Text Field
1. Type appropriate text, notes, or comments in the Multi Line Text Field (1).
2. Once multiple lines of text have been entered, tap the check mark SAVE button (2).
Number
1. Type in a number.
NOTE: the number must be entered as a numeric symbol (0 -9) and cannot be spelled out alphabetically.
2. Tap SAVE once the desired number is entered.
Signature
1. Have the needed user (self, visitor, client, suspect, etc.) sign the signature box with a stylus or finger.
2. Tap SET to confirm the signature.
Single Line Text Field
1. Type appropriate text, notes, or comments in the Single Line Text Field.
NOTE: You can only enter a single line of text.
2. Select SAVE once you've entered a single line of text.
Yes / No
1. Tap either the YES or NO button.
2. Confirm your choice by selecting SET.
How to Edit Entry Field Information
To edit entry field information:
1. Tap on the entry you wish to edit
2. Tap the EDIT button to edit the entry field.
NOTE: You also have the option to add a photo or video to the field entry by tapping the camera icon PHOTO button or the video camera icon VIDEO button. 3. Once the entry fields have been edited, select SAVE.
