Linking a Post Order to a Report Template allows redacting user to directly retrieve on its screen the Post Orders you linked to his Report. It can assist him refresh memory, find a Post Order without looking for it and finally make a new user autonomous quicker.
1. Open the Settings menu and either the Event Management or Incident Management page.
2. Click on the Post Order icon in the Instruction column.
3. A widget appears and shows all Post Orders already linked to selected Report.
To add a Post Order click on Add New Instruction or Operating Procedure.
4. A second frame appears this time showing all existing Post Orders on this Site.
NOTE: If Post Order is missing you should first create it in Post Order module.
Check boxes of Post Orders to link and click then on Update.
5. This button will close last frame and get you back to previous list, now populated with the Post Orders you just added.
6. These Post Orders are now linked and are visible on 2 places:
1- On computer, from Activities > Report an Activity (or Incident), the Post Orders are listed under the first 2 fields (Report and user) so users can find them directly.
2- On mPost on the Report redaction screen.
