NOTE: Incidents Reports can't be scheduled.
1. Open the Settings menu and either the Event Management or Incident Management page.
2. On the line of the Report to schedule click on the calendar icon in the Schedule column.
3. From this new frame start by defining a scheduling scheme start date (maximum 3 years in advance) and then an end date.
4. Select then Frequency. Navigate throught all options to see all possibilities.
5. Lastly use the Hour field (24:00 format) to define the exact moments when Report will be shown as pending for redaction. Don't forget to click on Add for each timestamp.
Encoded hours are listed on the table right under this field. You can use checkboxes with the bin icon to remove them.
6. Finish by clicking on Enter at the bottom to save your scheduling program.
