In this article we will go over how to access the critical events module and explain its filters and columns.
How to Access the Critical Events Module
To access the critical events module:
1. Log onto the GuardTek web page as a Supervisor.
2. Click the Command Center icon at the right hand side of the page.
3. This will bring up a secondary header of modules.
NOTE: You can use the View last drop down box to select a specific time frame you want to view device activity for:

The Critical Events Module Explained
Clicking on the Critical Events module will give you access to 10 columns that you can view information for critical events:
Show all data / Show critical data only drop-down (1) The show all data / show critical data only drop-down option allows you to sort through all activity reports (show all data) or filter to just the critical events.
Show All / Read / Unread (2) The show all / read / unread toggle buttons allow you to sort and view all emails or view just those that have been read or those that have not been read yet.
Priority (3) The priority of an activity report is represented by a color coded circle:
- Green = Low priority, routine.
- Orange = Medium priority, cautionary.
- Red = High priority, critical.
NOTE: You can click the colored circle to get a pop up box of the activity report.
Read/Unread (4) The read/unread column immediately lets you know visually if the email has been read (black open envelope icon) or has not been read yet (green closed envelope icon).
Activity (5) The activity column displays the activity name in alpha-numeric order by default. It also has a drop down so that you can sort in inverse order, select to view the critical event on a single activity or select all / none to edit your search:
NOTE: You can click the activity name to get a pop up box of the activity report.
Date (6) The Date column displays the date the activity was created. It also has a drop-down which allows you to sort the Activity column in inverse order, select to view the critical event on a single activity or select all / none to edit your search:

User (7) The user column displays the name of the User that created the activity report. It also has a drop-down which allows you to sort the User column in inverse order, select to view a single user or select all / none to edit your search:
NOTE: You can click the user name to get a pop up box of the activity report.
Site (8) The site column displays the site of the critical event. It also has a drop-down which allows you to sort the site column in inverse order, select to view the critical event on a single site or select all / none to edit your search:
Additional Details (9) You can click the additional details column field (empty) to get a pop up box of the the activity report.
You can also click on the green icons on the upper left hand corner to print (green printer Icon) create a PDF file (green Adobe acrobat icon) of the activity report, or send it as an email (green paper airplane icon).
Actions (10) You can click the additional details column field (empty) to get a pop up box of the the activity report that was also available in the Additional Details field.
