In this article we will go over how to access the shifts module and explain its filters and columns.
NOTE: Bundled clients can view their schedules in the Command Center - Shifts tab, however schedules are view only in Guardtek. For bundled clients all scheduling happens in Smartforce and gets pushed in to Guardtek. Guardtek tracks the clock ins and clock outs and pushes that info to Smartforce.
How to Access the Shifts Module
To access the shifts module:
1. Log onto the GuardTek web page as a Supervisor.
2. Click the Command Center icon at the right hand side of the page.
3. This will bring up a secondary header of modules.
NOTE: You can use the View last drop down box to select a specific time frame you want to view device activity for:

The Shifts Module Explained
Clicking the Shifts module will allow you to access 16 filters and columns:
Show all data (1) The Show all data drop down allows you to select between viewing all data or to view only critical data:
Planned (2) Click the white planned button to turn the shift filter on. The white planned button will turn a shade of gray indicating the planned filter is on.
Started (3) Click the white started button to turn the shift filter on. The white started button will turn a shade of gray indicating the started filter is on.
Not Covered (4) Click the white not covered button to turn the shift filter on. The white not covered button will turn a shade of gray indicating the not covered filter is on.
Late Start (5) Click the white late start button to turn the shift filter on. The white late start button will turn a shade of gray indicating the late start filter is on.
Within Grace Period (6) Click the white within grace period button to turn the shift filter on. The white within grace period button will turn a shade of gray indicating the within grace period filter is on.
Priority (7) The priority column displays a green, orange or red circle to quickly see the priority level of a shift.
Green = Low. Orange = Cautionary. Red = Critical.
Detail (8) The detail drop-down gives you the option to sort the shifts in alphabetical order or in reverse order. You can also clear and restore the list with the Select All / None checkbox. You can also view only the shifts that have been started by checking the Started checkbox.
Date (9) The date drop-down gives you the option to sort the shifts in alphabetical order or in reverse order. You can also clear and restore the list with the Select All / None checkbox. You can also view only the shifts by a specific date or dates by checking the Date and Time Stamp checkbox(es).
Description (10) The description column displays length of the shift in hours (h) and minutes (min).
Security Post (11) The security post drop-down gives you the option to sort the posts in alphabetical order or in reverse order. You can also clear and restore the list with the Select All / None checkbox. You can also view a single post or multiple posts by checking the Post name checkbox(es).
Officer (12) The officer drop-down gives you the option to sort the officers in alphabetical order or in reverse order. You can also clear and restore the list with the Select All / None checkbox. You can also view a single officer or officers checking the officer name checkbox(es).
Skill (13) The skill drop-down gives you the option to sort the skills in alphabetical order or in reverse order. You can also clear and restore the list with the Select All / None checkbox. You can also a single skill or multiple skills by checking the Skill type checkbox(es).
Phone (14) The phone column displays the device phone number or name of the device assigned to that shift.
Actions (15) The actions drop-down allows you to manually End the Shift or Delay End of Shift.
Page Number (16) The page number at the bottom center of the shifts module displays the page you are on. In the case of multiple pages you will be able to click the to go to the next page and use the <><></></> toggle to go back to the previous page.
NOTE: Clicking the icon to the right of the Actions column header will Reset Table Filters.
