Troubleshooting: Unable to See Reports/Tours on iOS m-Post

In this article we will troubleshoot the issues of an iOS user unable to see reports or tours on the m-Post app.

Troubleshooting 

Incorrect Role

By default, only users with an officer login can conduct tours and complete reports on iOS m-Post app.

Solution

1. Create separate officer login

2. Contact Support

Under certain circumstances, Support can enable supervisors to have access to tours and reports on post
Rights that need to be enabled:
