What Do I Do if I Can’t Find a User in GuardTek?

In this article, we will answer the frequently asked question: what do I do if I can't find a user in my system?  

Three potential causes would make it more difficult to find a user.  

Issue 1:

The User does not have any Post Assignments.  

Solution 1:

Change the Client search field to Users Without Post Assignment to view any unassigned Users and assign a Post Assignment.


Issue 2:

The User you are searching for has a higher permission level than you.  

Solution 2:

Contact your Site Admin to confirm this. 

Issue 3:

The User has been deleted. 

Solution 3:

Contact your Success Specialist to retrieve this User if needed.
