How to Complete a Report
To complete a report:
1. On the home screen, tap on the REPORTS button.
2. Tap on the report you want to submit.
NOTE: you may scroll up and down. Activities and incidents are pull-down menus.
3. Tap the green START button.
4. Tap to select and fill out the entry field(s).

How to Close or Submit a Report
To close or submit a report, complete the entry fields and then:
1. Tap the green SAVE button.
2. In the Select Action pop-up box, select File and close report or Submit for Follow-up.
Note: Some templates do not give both options.
If you select File and close report, no more changes will be made to this report. Confirm you want to close and submit the report by selecting Yes.
If you select Submit for Follow-up, you or someone else can change the report. Confirm that you want there to be follow-up processing by tapping Yes.
What to do if you get "Unable to Close" When Submitting a Report
If you get a pop-up box that says Unable to Close when submitting a report, the minimum required entries were unmet.
1. Tap the Ok button.
2. Tapping the OK button will return you to the instruction /details list.
NOTE: Required entries not completed when submitting the report will be indicated with a red outline.
3. Tap the entry (or entries) with a red outline and fill out the pop-up entry field.

How to Complete a Pending Report
To complete a pending report:
1. Tap the Global Navigation icon at the top left-hand corner
2. Tap on the Reports option.
3. Pending Reports appear above Activity and Incident Reports.
Tap on the Pending report you would like to edit
4. Select an instruction /detail and then fill out the pop-up entry field (for further details, see How to Fill Out Entry Fields)

5. When you have completed all necessary entry fields, tap the green SAVE button
How to Fill Out Entry Fields
When you select a report, entry fields will need to be completed to be successfully closed or submitted.
In this section, we will go over the various entry fields (in alphabetical order) and how to fill each out.
Checkbox
1. Touch and slide the checkbox from the Off position (gray)
to the On position (blue)
Date
1. The date will default to the current date. If this is the date you want to select, you can tap on Confirm.
2. To change the month, day, or year, you can scroll up or down each month, day, and year column and Confirm.
Hour
1. The hour will default to the current time. If this is the time you want to select, you can tap Confirm.
2. To change the hour, minute, or AM / PM, you can scroll up or down on each hour, minute, or AM / PM column and Confirm.
Radio List
The field entry for List / Radio List is selected from a pre-populated list by tapping the desired selection.
Multi-line text field
1. Type appropriate text, notes, or comments in the Multi-line text field.
2. Select Save.
Number
1. Type in a number.
NOTE: the number must be entered as a numeric symbol (0 -9) and cannot be spelled out alphabetically.
2. Select SAVE.
Signature
1. Have the needed user (self, visitor, client, suspect, etc.,..) sign the signature box with a stylus or finger.
2. Select SET.
NOTE: If the signature is unacceptable, select REPLACE.
Single-line text field
1. Type appropriate text, notes, or comments in the Single-line text field.
NOTE: You are limited to entering only a single line of text.
2. Select SAVE.
Yes / No
1. Tap either the YES or NO button.
2. Select SET.
Uploaded Image
1. Use your finger or stylus to draw on an uploaded image.
2. To erase, tap CLEAR.
3. Once the drawing on the image is complete, tap SET.
GPS Fix
1. Select Set.
2. The GPS latitude and longitude coordinates will display.
