Users Roles/Profiles

It's possible to create an infinite number of user accounts in Guardtek.

Each account is linked to a profile type giving access to rights and privileges.

 

THE 4 MAIN PROFILES

ADMINISTRATOR

Highest level. Administrator has remote access and can manage settings, reports and consult activities.

SUPERVISOR

Supervisor doesn't have remote access. He must connect to computer with a valid numeric certificate or smartphone with mPost.

  • Visitors Check-ins and outs

OFFICER

No remote access neither but onle from authentified computer (or smartphone) associated to an active Guardtek licence.
