Make sure that reports are enabled
Check authorizations on reports
Synchronize the device

iOS Issue

The Supervisor role does not natively display reports or tours.


iOS Troubleshooting

1. Force synchronization.

2. Use the Client/Account Mgmt, module and go to level 2 and select update.

3. Use the Client/Account Mgmt, module and go to level 4 and select update.

If using both the master templates and app specific reports, Support will make sure user has the following role permissions:
SETTINGS_INCIDENTS_USE_CUSTOM_INCIDENT

SETTINGS_EVENTS_USE_CUSTOM_EVENT
