This article will guide you through scheduling your Inspection Campaign — the final configuration step before your Campaign goes live.
Think of this step as the way to set time boundaries and define recurrence.
Accessing Campaign Scheduling
1. Go to the Equipment Inspections page in the Activities menu.
2. Make sure you are on the correct Site using the dropdown in the top right corner. You are already on the correct Campaign Calendar tab.
3. This tab displays all created Campaigns (drafts are not shown), whether in progress or completed.
Schedule a Campaign
1. Click the blue + Schedule a Campaign button in the top right corner (it will be greyed out if no unscheduled Campaign exists — see this article).
2. This opens a panel to select a Campaign, define an Inspection Window period, set a Recurrence pattern, and enable Manual Closure (e.g., to close the Campaign before its end date).
3. Select one of the existing Campaigns from the Campaign Name list.
If none exist, you will need to create one first.
4. Then click the calendar icon to define an Inspection Window by choosing a start and end date, or click twice on the same day to set a single one-day window.
5. Next is the optional Recurrence setting, disabled by default.
6. A Manual Closure toggle gives any desktop user the ability to close this Campaign on demand (e.g., before the scheduled end date or after a set number of repetitions).
7. Finish by clicking Save.
Once the start date is reached, your newly scheduled Campaign will appear in your teams' mPost applications.
