In this article we will go over the basic troubleshooting steps when a Blackview device is not connecting to the Internet via Data.
Device is stuck in "Flush Events" when performing a synchronization.
Device does not have a working internet connection unless it is connected to a WiFi network.
1. Reboot
2. Uninstall and reinstall m-Post.
3. Reseat the SIM card and verify that it's enabled.
4. Verify Cellular Data is on in the Device Settings.
5. Check if there is an empty triangle instead of status bars or if there is a connection. If there is a connection, verify if there is one 4G symbol or a big 4G and a little 4G.
