Setting up an Analysis
1. Go to Tours page under Reporting menu.
2. Analysis interface for Tours shows up and allows you to set it up in 5 steps:
1 Period: select the timeframe to analyze by selecting a start and an end date.
2 Site(s): select at least one Customer, Site, Location or Guardroom using the foldable structure.
3 Charts & Reporting: choose here the analysis type:

- Total Nbr. of Tours : Total number of tours (complete or not) done in selected timeframe.
- Add filter to sort tours by... : If you check this box you'll get a graph containing tours sorted by Site, guard, type or tour. This criteria is to be selected on step 4: Sorted by.
- Trend curve: shows a chronological graph of each tour occurence.
- Excel table summary: shows a liste of all occurences, readable one by one.
- Tour Incidents: total amount of DAR entries (or Tour incidents) filled in selected timeframe.
- Tour Incidents: Trend curve: shows a chronological graph of each tour incident occurence.
- Tour Incident: Excel table summary: shows a liste of all tour incidents, readable one by one.
4 Sorted by: groups results (by selecting All in any lists) or limit them by selecting an option in a list (example: choose a specific user in Officer list).
5 Show Trend curve by... : define periodicity of trend curve. Useless if no trend curve was selected on step 3.
3. Exécuter l'analyse en cliquant sur Rechercher. Un peu de patience, selon le volume de votre analyse les résultats s'afficheront plus en moins rapidement.
Navigate through results
Only selected graphs will be shown. These vary depending their type and have different options.
Before these, 2 icons allow you to receive this analysis per email (if Email field is filled in your User account profile) or export it as pdf.
As usual an eye icon in upper right corner of each table will show data graphs are based on.
Excel table summary has 3 distinctive icons.
#1 to export (as csv table) the table as it is.
#2 to export (as csv table) all cumulated occurences in the table.
#3 to export in pdf the table with detailled data.
