This aticle explains how to consult an ongoing or finished Tour. We'll also cover cliquable options, icons and columns of Logbook > Tours/Rounds (Real-Time).
How to consult a Tour (ongoing or done)
1. Connect to the Guardtek portal.
2. Go to Tours/Rounds (Real-Time) under Logbook menu:
3. This will bring you to this view:
4. To check progression of a tour or its report after closure simply click on its line. This will open the report on its current state.
5. Scroll down the report to reach progression indicators starting by a percentage based on minimum amount of tags to read, a reminder of this minimum amount (in blue), the amount of tags actually read (in green) and finally the missing amount (in red). And also a graph showing clearly progession/completion.
Options, Icons and Columns
Searchbar allows you to easily find among tour, device or officer names.
The Display all Sites cursor will show all devices on your platform and add a new column Site to identify them.
The Refresh every 5s list (by default) will automatically refresh data every 5 seconds. You can adapt this cycle by clicking this list and choose another value.
Sites shown here are also clickable to reach their logbooks.
Status column contains 3 icons:
#1 tells if officer is currently connected to mPost (green V) or if he's disconnected (orange triangle).
#2 shows mPost connection status with Guardtek server (green V or red cross).
#3 (clickable) will be shown when an user is connected to mPost, giving you the possibility to unassign the user from mPost remotely (tour will be ended in current state).
Date column shows the exact time related to Activity column. This value gets red if minimum tour duration is not met.
Device User column shows Last and First Name of user connected to mPost and Device ID column shows name of device used.
Activity column will show several statuses like:
- Assigned user
- [Tour ongoing] Last tag read: ...
- Tour Finished: ...
Last column Alerts displays alerts from the Lone Worker Protection module.
