Using the Smartforce Integration Toolkit

Organizations that have multiple business systems within their operation can utilize the information within Smartforce TLM to help create visibility and control throughout their business.  Since the API within the toolkit is language agnostic, there is very little limitation on what your team can do with the integration.  Below are just some typical scenarios that the toolkit can accomplish:

1. Extract TLM Data into Business Intelligence Tools: Many companies want to leverage the time and labor data from Smartforce as part of their reporting and business intelligence.  Using the Smartforce integration toolkit, you can extract shift, billing, or hours worked from TLM into 3^rd party analytics platforms, such as Tableau, Cognos, or others.
2. Extract TLM Data into Accounting/ERP Solutions: Larger organizations leverage accounting packages or ERP systems to fulfill invoicing and billing.  With this integration toolkit, you can build a connect to extract the billing information (e.g., billable hours) collected in TLM to systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or others and have accurate Time and Labor information when billing clients.
3. Extract Gross Payroll Data into Payroll Solutions: For those companies that leverage a separate payroll solution, they can connect to Smartforce TLM to pull the gross pay data based on hours worked.  This then gives an accurate dataset of gross pay that they can use to execute the rest of their payroll process.
