Using the View Today's Visitors / Checkout Activities Module Option

In this article we will go over how to use the activities module, view today's visitors / checkout.

How to View Today's Visitors / Checkout

To view today's visitor's / checkout:

1. Log onto the GuardTek web portal with Post access.

2. Hover over the Activities module and click the View Today's Visitors / Checkout option. 

3. There are 2 boxes:

Visitors Pre-Registered for Today and Visitors Currently Onsite.

How to Check in a Pre-Registered Visitor

To check in a pre-registered visitor:

Follow steps 1 - 3 above.

4. In the Visitors Pre-Registered for Today box, locate their name and click the check in icon in the Check In column at the far right.

How to Check Out a Visitor Onsite

To check out a visitor onsite:

Follow steps 1 - 3 above.

5. In the Visitors Currently Onsite box, locate their name and click the check in icon in the Check Out column at the far right.

View Today's Visitors / Checkout Options

The green eye icon:

Clicking the green eye icon will display a printable pop up window with the Visitor's Category, when they arrived (date and time) the officer who checked them in and the visitors name and company. 

The badge icon:

Clicking the badge icon will open the computer's printer and allow you to print a visitor badge once they have been checked.
