In this article we will go over what the dashboard message center, quick links and learning center are, and how you can work with your account success manager to customize them for your web portal.
Message Center
The message center is broken down into 3 separate displays on the Dashboard, Announcements, Information and Company Events.
Announcement
The announcement section is a great place to display job postings or company or employee milestones.
For example:
"Congratulations to the sales team, we just landed the ACME account!"
"Congratulations to Andre on his 1 year anniversary with ABC Security!"
To add an announcement, edit or change an announcement please let your account customer success manager know.
Information
The information section is used by many as a welcome message to users of the web portal due to its centered position in the middle of the dashboard page.
For example:
Company Event
This section is best used to share company holidays, parties, or other events that affect your company.
For example:
"Don't forget submit your ideas for the end of year party by the deadline - Nov 15th."

Quick Links
The quick links section allows you to add URL links that your team can click on to access through the dashboard.
Some use this to link company press releases, news articles or training and equipment websites.

Learning Center
The Learning Center typically defaults to the two most common issues encountered by employees with links to 2 quick videos.
Some also link the Trackforce Valiant Help Center.
