What is a Background Process?
Very simply put, a background process is a process that takes a long time to run or complete.
For example: you run a report with a large amount of data that will take 5 minutes to download, or you are creating multiple weeks; the system will recognize this and put the report in the background processes to allow you to navigate the portal while the process completes.
How to View Background Processes
To view a background process:
1. Click the background processes settings gear icon.
