Managing the Dashboard - Notifications, Tasks and Overdue

In this article we will go over the Notifications, Tasks and Overdue display and icon buttons.

Clicking on the bell icon at the top right hand side of the page will allow a secondary access to each button as a module tab on other pages in the system.  This allows you to see notifications and tasks as they are made available for viewing or assigned even when you are not on the dashboard.

Notifications

The notification button displays the number of any outstanding unviewed notifications in the system. 

Clicking the Notifications button will display all Notifications as filtered by the Assignment, Expiration and Read options on the left hand side of the My Notification page.

Tasks

The Tasks button displays the number of any outstanding unviewed tasks in the system. 

Clicking the Tasks button will display all Tasks as filtered by the Current State, Assignment and Due and Expiration options on the left hand side of the My Task page.

Overdue

The Overdue button displays the number of any outstanding unviewed notifications and tasks that are overdue in the system. 

Clicking the Tasks button will display all  Overdue Tasks as filtered by the Current State, Assignment and Due and Expiration options on the left hand side of the My Task page.
