VISION: Employees - Approved Driver

This document walks the user through how to setup an approved driver in the Vision system.

The Employee Master – Picture Tab has a flag that indicates whether an employee is an “Approved Driver”.

A Qualification Record must be assigned to the employee to set the flag to “Y”.

Setup

1. Create a record in the Qualification Master. The Qualification Master can be accessed either through the Post Master or Employee Master drop-down menu.
2. The Description must be entered exactly as follows: APPROVED DRIVER

3. Assign the APPROVED DRIVER Qualification in the Employee Qualification Master to set the Approved Driver flag to “Y” on the Picture Tab.
