• In this article we will go over how to view new, unread, and standing post orders as well as how to search for a post order.

How to View New (Unread) Post Orders

To view new (unread) post orders:

Method 1. Tap on the Post Orders button at the top of the m-Post app home page.

Method 2. Tap the Global Navigation Menu at the top left hand corner and then Tap on the Post Orders option.

2.  New post orders that have not been acknowledged yet will display under the NEW header.  

3. Tap on the new post order you would like to review.

4. The new Post Order will display.

NOTE: The post orders will have an Icon at the left hand side of the post order name.  The Icon displays how the post order is presented.  The movie camera icon (1) indicates the post order is a video.  The clipboard icon (2) indicates the post order is written document and the Adobe acrobat icon (3) indicates the post order is a PDF file.

5. Once the new Post Order has been read tap the  back icon at the top left hand corner.

The new post order will now show up in the Acknowledged section.

How to View Previously Acknowledged Post Orders

To view previously acknowledged post orders:

1. First Method - Tap on the Post Orders button at the top of the m-Post app home page.

Second Method - Tap the Global Navigation Menu at the top left hand corner and then Tap on the Post Orders option.

3.  Previously viewed and acknowledged post orders will display under the ACKNOWLEDGED header.

4. Tap on the new post order you would like to review.

5. The new Post Order will display.

NOTE: The post orders will have an Icon at the left hand side of the post order name.  The Icon displays how the post order is presented.  The movie camera icon (1) indicates the post order is a video.  The clipboard icon (2) indicates the post order is written document and the Adobe acrobat icon (3) indicates the post order is a PDF file.

6. Once the new Post Order has been read tap the < back icon at the top left hand corner.

How to Search for Post Orders

To search for post orders:

Method 1. Tap on the Post Orders button at the top of the m-Post app home page.

Method 2. Tap the Global Navigation Menu at the top left hand corner and then Tap on the Post Orders option.

2. Tap the Search magnifying glass icon at the top of the screen.

3. Using the the pop-up QWERTY keyboard type in the name of the Post Order you want to view.

NOTE: Your search parameters will default to a check both NEW and ACKNOWLEDGED post orders.

4. Tap on the Post Order you wish to review.

5. The Post Order will display.

NOTE: You can pinch and pull with 2 fingers to zoom in and out.

6. Once the post orders have been reviewed you can select the back  icon or the device's back icon or button  until you return to the Main Screen.

How to PDF Attachments on Post Orders

NOTE: This applies ONLY if a post order was entered as a PDF by a System Supervisor.

To view a post order as a PDF:

Method 1. Tap on the Post Orders button at the top of the m-Post app home page.

Method 2. Tap the Global Navigation Menu at the top left hand corner and then Tap on the Post Orders option.

2. Tap on a selected Post Order that has the Adobe acrobat icon.

3. Tap the secondary green VIEW PDF button.

NOTE: You will require a PDF viewer on your device.  You will likely be prompted to choose which app you use to view a PDF file.

4. The PDF will be displayed in the device’s default PDF app.

NOTE: You can pinch and pull with 2 fingers to zoom in and out.

5. Once the Post Orders have been reviewed tap the back button or icon  on your device until you return to the Main Screen.
