Deactivating a User can be useful when trying to block a user from logging in, but also preserving their account credentials. This may come in handy for temporary leave, disciplinary precautions, or training purposes.
To deactivate a user:
- Navigate to the specified user.
- Select the Green Checkmark icon under the Action column. This will change the icon to a Red X, which signals the User has been deactivated and can no longer log in to GuardTek.
To re-activate a user, simply click the red X to revert it back to the green checkmark.
