At times a user may encounter an error message that they cannot log onto the m-Post app because their device says there is no Internet connection:
This error message will display when the m-Post App is unable to connect to the internet.
Please make sure that your device has a stable internet connection, either via Wi-Fi or Cellular Data.

If you have purchased the device with a data plan through us, please contact Customer Support and have the device IMEI ready.
