Viewing and Approving Client Post Orders Pending Approval

In this article we will go over viewing and approving client post orders pending approval. 

If  you have chosen for your end-client to have access to post instructions, by default all end-client posted instructions require approval before being published.

How to View and Approve Client Post Orders Pending Approval

To view and approve client post orders pending approval:

1. Log onto the GuardTek web portal as an Admin or Supervisor.

2. Hover over the Post Orders module and click the Client Orders Pending Approval option.

3. Click the green pencil icon in the Edit column. 

At bottom of new page, you will have two options: 

4. Clicking the green Accept Instructions button will publish the approved instructions once the device(s) are synced.
