Problem: You are attempting to enter a new Leave Request entry into the system and the Leave Reason dropdown window under the Employee Leave Request Form isn't populating with all of the existing Earning codes:
If this is the case, navigate to the "Earning Types" option under the TLM -- Payroll Adjustments section in the Portal:
And make sure that all of the Earning Type entries that you want to appear in the Leave Reason dropdown have the "Enable Leave Request" value set to "Yes":
To change the associated value, right click on the entry in question and select the "Edit" option, and then check off the "Enable Leave Request" checkbox on the following screen and press the Save button to confirm:
