In this article we will go over how to edit and make changes to an employees TLM Profile. We will go over the editing options on the employee's TLM Profile and the Main Form editing options.
How to Edit an Employee's TLM Profile
To edit an employee's TLM profile:
1. Log onto your Trackforce Valiant web portal.
2. Hover over or click on the TLM module and click on Employee TLM Profile under the Employee TLM Master section.
3. This will display all Employees added in the system and allow you to Keyword Search for an employee by name or filter by Business Unit Profile, Active, Pay Type or Hire Date.
Option 1 -Left click on Employee you want to edit and click the Edit button at the bottom right hand side of the page.
Option 2 - Right click on the Employee you want to edit and click the Edit option in the drop down menu.
4. You will have the option to choose a specific section you want to edit by clicking the expansion arrow to open a section.
5. Once the employee TLM Profile edits have been made click the Save button at the bottom right hand corner.
The Main Form Options
Employee TLM Profile...
Clicking on the expand arrow under Employee TLM Profile... will give you the ability to go directly to a section to edit.
Each section you click give you the ability to edit information on an Employee TLM Profile that was formerly added.
Each section you click will also give you the ability to add information to an Employee TLM Profile that was not formerly added. Each section will have a Create New button and or an Actions drop down.
Once an addition or edits are made you will need to click the SAVE button at the bottom right hand corner to keep the changes made for each section.
Related Information
Clicking on the expand arrow under Additional Attributes will give you the ability to go directly to the Employee Pay Rate section to edit.
Make the desired edit to the Employee Pay Rate and then click the Save button at the bottom right hand corner of the page.
Additional Attributes
Clicking on the expand arrow under Additional Attributes will give you the ability to go directly to a section to edit.
Each section you click give you the ability to edit information on an Employee TLM Profile that was formerly added.
Each section you click will also give you the ability to add information to an Employee TLM Profile that was not formerly added. Each section will have a Create New button and or an Actions drop down.
