In this article we will go over how to edit and make changes to an employees HR Profile. We will go over the editing options on the Employee HR Profile and the Main Form editing options.
How to Edit an Employee HR Profile
To edit an employees HR profile:
1. Log onto your Trackforce Valiant web portal.
2. Hover over or click on the HR module and click on Employee HR Profile.
3. This will display all Employees added in the system and allow you to Keyword Search for an employee by name or filter by Business Unit Profile, Active, Pay Type or Hire Date.
Option 1 -Left click on Employee you want to edit and click the Edit button at the bottom right hand side of the page.
Option 2 - Right click on the Employee you want to edit and click the Edit option in the drop down menu.
NOTE: The other HR Profile options are detailed below in the sub-heading HR Profile Options
4. You will have the option to choose a specific section you want to edit by clicking the expansion arrow to open a section.
5. Once the employee HR Profile edits have been made click the Save button at the bottom right hand corner.
The Main Form Options
On the Employee HR Profile you will have the option to edit the profile in 3 categories:
- Employee HR Profile...
- Additional Attributes
- System Attributes
Employee HR Profile...
Clicking on the expand arrow under Employee HR Profile... will give you the ability to go directly to a section to edit.
Each section you click give you the ability to edit information on an Employee HR Profile that was formerly added.
Each section you click will also give you the ability to add information to an Employee HR Profile that was not formerly added. Each section will have a Create New button and or an Actions drop down.
Once an addition or edits are made you will need to click the SAVE button at the bottom right hand corner to keep the changes made for each section.
Additional Attributes
Clicking on the expand arrow under Additional Attributes will give you the ability to go directly to a section to edit.
Each section you click give you the ability to edit information on an Employee HR Profile that was formerly added.
Each section you click will also give you the ability to add information to an Employee HR Profile that was not formerly added. Each section will have a Create New button and or an Actions drop down.

System Attributes

Each section you click give you the ability to edit information on an Employee HR Profile that was formerly added.

HR Profile Options
Personal (1)
Clicking the Personal option will take you to the Employee Personal Profile page.
TLM Profile (2)
Clicking the TLM Profile option will take you to the Employee TLM Profile page.
Payroll Profile (3)
Clicking the Payroll Profile option will take you to the Employee Payroll Profile page.
Broadcast Message (4)
If you have opted to use SMS you can click the Broadcast Message option to send a text or email message directly to the employee.
Change Hire Date (5)
Clicking the Change Hire Date option allows you to change the employees hire date.
Change Seniority Date (6)
Clicking the Change Seniority Date option allows you to change the employees seniority date.
Change Accrual Date (7)
Clicking the Change Accrual Date option allows you to change the employees accrual date.
Terminate (8)
Clicking the Terminate option allows you to terminate an employee, provide a reason and specify if the employee is eligible for rehire.
Change SSN (9)
Clicking the Change SSN option allows you to change the employees social security number.
Request Termination (10)
Clicking the Request Termination option allows those without specific access to terminate and employee to request termination by an Admin user.

Show (12)
Clicking the Show option will take you to the Employee HR Profile page.
FilterBy (13)
Clicking the FilterBy option allows you to view employees by Business Unit or Active employees.
