How to Remove an Open Shift
To remove a shift assignment:
1. Log onto the Trackforce Valiant web portal as an Admin or Supervisor.
2. Hover over the TLM Module and click the Business Unit option in the Schedule Maintenance section.
3. Click on the Schedule Details button in the Actions column of the Business Unit you want to remove.
4. Click on the 3 horizontal dots in the shift you want to remove, hover over Remove Opening and click Permanent or Temporary.
Permanent will remove the shift from all subsequent weeks.
Temporary will remove the shift from just the week you are managing.
5. A green pop-up SUCCESS banner will let you know the shift was successfully removed.
How to Remove a Scheduled Employee from a Shift
To remove a scheduled employee from a shift:
1. Log onto the Trackforce Valiant web portal as an Admin or Supervisor.
2. Hover over the TLM Module and click the Business Unit option in the Schedule Maintenance section.
3. Click on the Schedule Details button in the Actions column of the Business Unit you want to remove.
4. Click on the 3 horizontal dots in the shift you want to remove, hover over Remove and click This Day, This Week/This Location, This Week/All Location, or All.
Remove options:
This Day
Clicking This Day will remove the assigned officer from just the shift assignment you clicked on. You will be asked to provide a Performance Tracking reason for removing a scheduled employee and have the option to make the removal Temporary or Permanent.
You also have the option to remove the employee for just that day or all future assignments for that specific day in future weeks on the schedule.
Once the employee has been replaced for the shift click the Save button and the bottom right hand corner of the window.
A green SUCCESS banner will let you know that the employee was replaced.
This Week/This Location
Clicking This Week/This Location will remove the assigned officer from any and all assignments for that specific week at that specific location. You will be asked to provide a Performance Tracking reason for removing a scheduled employee and have the option to make the removal Temporary or Permanent.
Once the edits have been made click the Save button at the bottom right hand corner of the window.
A green pop up SUCCESS banner will let you know that the employee has been removed.
This Week/All Location
Clicking This Week/All Location will remove the assigned officer from all locations assigned for that specific week. You will be asked to provide a Performance Tracking reason for removing a scheduled employee and have the option to make the removal Temporary or Permanent.
Once the edits have been made click the Save button at the bottom right hand corner of the window.
A green pop up SUCCESS banner will let you know that the employee has been removed.
All
Clicking All will remove the assigned officer from all shift assignments at all locations. You will be asked to provide a Performance Tracking reason for removing a scheduled employee and have the option to make the removal Temporary or Permanent.

How to Replace a Scheduled Employee
To replace a scheduled employee:
