In this article we will go over the 4 business unit filter options for who you will be able to see and choose from when assigning employee shifts.
Employee Quality
Qualification (1) Selecting this filter will designate specific position-level qualifications that are needed for an officer to be assigned a shift.
These may include qualifications such as armed guard, CPR certified, baton, pepper spray, taser, fire training, etc,. Qualifications are assigned at both the position and the employee.
Work History (2) Selecting this filter will show only officers who have worked at the specific location previously to be assigned the shift.
Licenses (3) Selecting this filter will show only officers who have been assigned a specific license requirement in the Business Unit settings.
For example: Do all shifts in the business unit require a Guard Card? If so, then you can filter by only officers that have a guard card.
NOTE: Each license must be configured so that an officer cannot be scheduled if the license has expired. If an employee's license expires, they will automatically be removed from the schedule.
Trainings (4) Selecting this filter will show only officers who have been assigned a specific training requirement in the Business Unit settings.
If this filter is selected then only officers that have a specific training requirement can be assigned the shift.
