In this article we will go over how to set up the Pre-Tour Check-in option in Vantage to indicate a requirement for number of minutes prior to shift.
How to Setup the Vision Tour Option
NOTE: Pre-Tour Sign-In Required is used if employee is required to check in before the Tour starts.
Division Settings and Tour Master
Vantage Tab: Pre-Tour Sign-in Required
1. Check the Pre-Tour Sign-in Required checkbox
2. Enter the range of minutes before the scheduled start time in the From and To Minutes Before fields that is required for the Pre-Tour Check-in.
3. Click the Save icon.
NOTE: The employee will also need to check in at the scheduled Start time.
