TLM Logging In and Out of Vision

In this article we will go over how to log in and out of TLM Vision.

Logging into the Citrix Network

Citrix provides Valiant clients secure access to the Valiant network.
Citrix logins expire periodically and you will receive a message several days prior to the expiration date.


To Log in to Citrix:

1. Open your web browser.

2. Click on the address bar and enter

3. Hit Enter.

4. The Valiant Citrix log-in page appears.

5. Enter your User Name and Password in the applicable fields.

6. Click the Log In button.



7. The Valiant Landing page appears with your databases displayed either directly on the page or within your Company’s Folder.
NOTE: Use the Up folder to return to your company folder.



  • If you do not see your databases displayed on your landing page, contact .
  • If you do not have a Citrix log-in for yourself or a user who needs access, contact your company

Downloading Required Plug-Ins

The Browser Plug-In is required to be downloaded on any computer that will run Valiant software.

To Download Required Plug-Ins:

1. On the Valiant landing page, view the Downloads section towards the bottom.

2. Click the Citrix Receiver 32-bit / Citrix Receiver 64-bit link (depending on whether your operating system is 32-bit or 64-bit, if you are unsure choose the 32-bit option).

3. Select Save Target As and save to your desktop.

4. Go to your desktop, right click on the downloaded file, and choose the "Run As Administrator" option and follow the prompts.  
NOTE: You only do this once per computer.




Logging Into Vision™

Depending on whether your company has set up single sign-on account, you may have to log in separately to your Vision database.

To Log In to Vision™:

1. On the Valiant landing page, single-click the applicable Vision™ database icon.

2. Click OK.

3. Enter your Vision User Name and Password (this may be different than your Citrix ID and password).

4. Click OK.

5. The Valiant Application selection screen appears with the Vision button.

6. Click the Vision button.

7. Select the Division you will work within.

8. Click OK.

9. You will be logged into Vision™.




Logging Out of Vision™

Vision™ will time-out if the system is left idle for an extended length of time. It is important to log out of Vision™ when you are done using the system, for security reasons.

To Log Out of Vision™:
Select Exit from the File menu or click the Exit button mceclip4.png
