In this article we'll explain how a Supervisor can add a Tour of NFC tags with an Android device, how to activate the NFC reader and how to be sure to be on right Location.
Activating NFC reader of an Android device
Before being able to create NFC Tours you must make sure your device's NFC reader is well activated.
Exact steps may vary from a device or maker to another but here's the most common:
- From upper sliding pane open Settings.
- Select Connexions.
- Find and activate NFC option.
NOTE: for Tours to be readable on your Site, make sure all your devices have their NFC reader active.
Making sure to be on right Guardroom
In mPost app Guardroom name is shown on 2 places:
- On log screen above username field on the left (right is device name).
- In main screen upper banner, once logged in.
If you need changing Guardroom open left pane by touching the 3 lines in upper left corner and select then Change Site. In shown list retrieve Guardroom you want to create a Tour on and confirm. If Change Site option is missing, please contact your CSS or our Support service.
